There are many cosplay convention going on all year round in Japan. Those people like to have their picture taken. Any anime manga convention is also sure to bring a lot of cosplay fans. You have the one who like to dress, and the ones who like to watch and takes load of pictures. Who are those people who like to watch? Would they be interested in seeing more? Are those only Japanese?
I asked my classmates why they came all the way down to asia. You can grossly split them in 2 groups, the one who are studying for a career advance, and the one who have been watching anime for years. Most of the guys of the second groups have bought racy materials. One of them, from Sweden actually told me he came to Japan so he could buy cosplay mags and see cute Asians for real. There is a market for sure, cosplay fans are influenced from Japanese culture. The content is sure to come from Asians specialized producers.
Would cosplay work with American or European actresses? I wonder.
